Sarah & Nick's Sheraton Tokoriki Elopement
Our first wedding of 2018 was with the beautiful Sarah & Nick. They celebrated their love for each other in style with a destination elopement at the Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island! Sarah shared the sweet story of how they met...
"Nick and I met on a boat in Sydney Harbour. I am originally from Ireland and Nick is from England. We both love the beach, the ocean and the outdoors. We connected as we were swimming off a small beach where the boat had anchored up.
We were pretty much inseparable since then and even went on a road trip up the east coast of Australia a couple of weeks after meeting! Nick hired a boat and took us back to the exact spot where we met and proposed to me with a beautiful ring in September this year!
We wanted a low key, no fuss wedding with our toes in the sand and the ocean beside us. We wanted it to be intimate and really just about the 2 of us and our commitment to each other. Of course it had to be somewhere exotic and beautiful and so we decided on Fiji!"
